Youth Group is now participating in a four part Nutrition Class series with the UMass Extension Nutrition Education Program! Each class, we learn about a different nutrition topic and make a healthy recipe together! This week we made Pineapple Snap made with apples, orange juice, carrots, raisons, pineapple and low fat vanilla yogurt! Last week we learned knife skills and made a delicious Stir Fry!

Hello! I know the post is a long time ago, but it intrigued me. The Nutrition class was very helpful. I wonder if it adds a few new projects? I want to join too.
