Maddie has nine years of experience in the nonprofit field and currently serves as the Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at Pernet. She is a graduate of Fitchburg State University with a degree in Human Services, and her background includes both direct service and administrative roles. Her experience includes serving as a Case Manager at a family shelter, providing respite care for adults with disabilities, and holding several administrative positions in her time at Pernet.
In her free time, Maddie is an avid rollerblader and nature enthusiast. She can often be found at the roller rink, skating along local trails, paddleboarding on nearby lakes, hiking through the woods, and taking many photos of the moss she comes across. She loves people and loves spending time with her coworkers, friends, and family (especially her two young nieces).
