Marleni has 28 years of experience in the education field as a teacher, home daycare
provider, and since 2021, as Family Child Care Program Director. She developed her own curriculum based on the multiple intelligence levels of youth, while also involving their emotions as a key base. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Education and Family Promotion from Saint Tomas University and has a specialization in Human Resources from Jorge Tadeo Lozano University. She has taken many college classes based on both her own interests and her profession.
Marleni and her husband, Oscar have been married for 21 years. They have two daughters; Sara and Daniella, who are their motivation to be better human beings every day. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family both at home and taking getaway vacations with her loved ones to tropical destinations.
